Joomla! Collections, Archives and Repositories, or JCar, provides a platform for integrating digital repositories and metadata with a Joomla! content management system. Archived information can be displayed as either standalone pages or embedded in Joomla! categories and articles; really anywhere that supports Joomla!'s module placeholders.
